I need some CICO advise. I switched from skinny fat cardio hell to lifting in December and reduced cardio runs a lot because my body burned all muscles and I just did not manage to get rid of the stubborn belly fat.
Now, lifting to get metabolism back up and body recomp.
>154 LBS (70kg)
>5'10 (180cm)
>BMR 1600 calories
I train full body every other day for 1:30 hours. On my off days I do also a few pull-ups or dumbells. I go for two cardio 3 mile runs a week and take 10.000 step walks a day.
The TDEE calculator says with Moderate Activity I have 2600 calories. I could even go heavy excersise proberly. But I eat 2000 calories. The fat in the lose skin is just not budging.
Should I eat maintenance to build muscle? I can't believe this. A 600 calorie deficit should do it. Now, obvioaly I do gained noobie muscle too.

Just roid and you can eat whatever you want
Losing weight won't fix your lose skin, shouldn't have gotten fat
>shouldn't have gotten fat
this
Loose skin is your punishment for being a disgusting sub-human
>complains about CICO
>as if CICO is meant to dissolve his saggy skin
Should have shared a better pic. There is still fat in my stubborn tummy area. But this fricking body refuses to burn it
Have you tried lifting?
That's what I do since end of November. I also got some muscle but I am proberly in a big calorie defecit. I think I should eat more to build muscle but don't dare to yet.
Right, you've been lifting a month and a half. Honestly I'd say unironically bulk but I don't know how you feel about that. it will fill you out and the fat will be spread around a larger area, as well as the skin being evened out a bit. Also you'd look more in proportion
Well, maybe I just need to hear it. I did not even dare eating at mantainance consistently... I can try that first too and see if my metabolism wakes up
You cannot target areas for fat loss. Metabolism accounts for the equivalent of 200-300kcal as a metabolic disorder, which you don't have.
How much did you weight at your most?
The loose skin is your punishment you gluttonous freak
>literal neckbeard
Bro, you should eat more! The 2600 maintenance, at least, 2000 calories is far too low at your activity level.
Most of your weight loss was cardio, so while you were in a deficit you catabolized muscle and fat. To minimize muscle loss you needed to be lifting during your weight loss, and eating enough protein. You tanked your metabolism because you lost too much muscle.
You don't look like you have too much fat around your belly area, just a bunch of loose skin. Im guessing you lost a frick ton of weight. Did you read the sticky in /fat/? That would have answered a lot of your questions and prepared you for some of this. Eat a little more, and keep lifting. Maybe eat around maintainence. You'll probably see a small jump in weight as your muscles replenish glycogen, but it won't be much. Take it slow, see how you do over a few weeks, don't panic.
Great job on your weight loss though, anon. Keep lifting, keep going. Maybe go read the /fat/ sticky.
Lost 50 LBS but it was mainly in my stomach. I have a weird fat districution and weak connevtive tissue issues
You obviously were fat enough to reach the point of no return. Youre using methods for normal people who had the decency to never get fat. What you need is surgery. Sorry but not sorry. Accept the consequences of your actions. Either cut to a skelly and hope it shrinks or bulk up then chop the pouch off
>fat in the loose skin
Could be lipohypertrophy if you have blood sugar issues or were fat for a really long time. That issue requires getting stupidly lean to get rid of
>loose skin
Are you dermarolling and using collagen with vitamin c? It's the best way to tighten your skin without surgery
