      I've heard no longer than two weeks at a time due to tolerance, but I haven't heard of anything really bad for heart health. One of my goals is to maintain excellent cardiovascular health throughout my life. I feel like left ventricular hypertrophy after a steroid cycle could be remedied after a few months to a couple years of hard HIIT, but there's nothing I would be able to do about the plaque buildup.

    Kek, I used it a while back as I actually have mild asthma and figured I'd see how well it worked. Literally, expect to burn about 50 cal/day more than you already do, and that's about it.

    I take steroids and have taken clen. Unlike injectable androgenic, anabolic steroids, clen fricks your shit up quick. The truth about steroid use is that its more like smoking: bad for your health but life threatening diseases and symotimns take decades to emerge.

    Not so with clen. Almost immediately it damages cardiac tissue that may not remodel correctly (i.e. without non-contractile collagen). All clen does is speed up your metabolism a bit. Frankly, caffeine and does the same thing, just much safer. Dont bother with clen.

      You're right about that shit fricking up your heart. I guess I'm just fricked then. I tend to lose my gains very quickly when I go on a month or two month long cut, like 3 months worth of gains in just a couple months. It's fricking nuts. I'm obese, and for years, every time I lose 20 to 30 pounds, I end up losing a ton of muscle and strength. It comes back pretty quickly from the training, but so does the fat. It's a catch 22 situation for me. My diet is pretty dialed in without going nuts weighing everything to make sure everything is perfect, my training is dialed after hours of science-based videos and paying attention to how I feel and recover, and my sleep is beautiful now. What do I do? I currently weigh 255, but I do have a bit of muscle mass. I lost strength from my cut from 280, but I could easily get back to benching 245 to 6 and squatting 315 for 8 after just gaining back 5 to 10 pounds. Should I just go on a massive cut where I drop down to 20% bodyfat or lower? I'd do a few refeeds in between, though. Should I even consider taking gear at any point? I really don't want to damage my heart, and I especially fear plaque buildup, since you can't really get rid of that shit, but you can make left ventricular hypertrophy mostly a non-issue if you do enough HIIT through increasing the size of the actual left ventricular chamber, and I do plenty of HIIT.
