dunno, I've been meaning to look that shit up myself lol. There's a book about how famous sports players like Federer are lasting longer, everyone should probably read it as the joints are the most important thing you have. Noone knows the reason why true chronic rheumatoid arthritis occurs though, some respected scientists believe that taking vitamin d and avoiding toxins etc. should help against it.
Nothing, I deleted my post and just added some more to it here

That's just your early warning signal for chronic arthritis setting in, you'll have a good ten to fifteen years of that joint before chronic widespread pain starts in and eminates out to every joint and tendon your body until you are almost completely incapacitated and every movement you try to make is weak and sore and the latter half of your life has you lying in the fetal position trying to remain absolutely still because every slight movement puts you in excruciating pain.

Great, yet another "I'm bad at a particular lift, so I have to cope by shitting on it" thread. Why don't you guys just list all the lifts you're bad at while you're here and just get it all out there? Come on, let it all out, pussies.
This happened to me when I was 14 because I was a dipshit using 20 lbs when I should have been using 5 and my left shoulder has been clicking daily ever since. I am 19 now.
How fricked am I?
That from with the straight arms is awful and will definitely frick up your shoulders. Start with the weights infront of you, not by your sides. Have a slight bend in your elbows, and slightly rotate the weights towards your back as you lift them up. Thank me later
>is better in every way
>Except for lateral delt development.
should you have your off hand on your side like that? i put mine behind my back
Do these one arm at a time while leaning off of something with your other arm. Thank me later bros
Saves you
He has become death
SHIVA??
Am I still making gains if it doesn't click
How do I stop it?

What did I miss?

because it tailed off at the end.
If I ever get debilitating chronic pain or illness I’ll unironically just kill myself. Frick that shit.

Your rotator cuff is fricked for life. It’s over
Nonsense. You can do strengthening exercises with bands and if you persist for a few months any small imbalance will get fixed

>do lateral raise
>feel it in trap
yeah what the frick is up with that btw
Raising your arms too high
good advice
Brain is at RPE 10 reading this
Use the machines for lateral raises
Don't raise it above your chin level.
dont just raise your arms, but rather push your arms outwards
Your hands are not supposed to go full 90 degrees, the pic is wrong.
