      dunno, I've been meaning to look that shit up myself lol. There's a book about how famous sports players like Federer are lasting longer, everyone should probably read it as the joints are the most important thing you have. Noone knows the reason why true chronic rheumatoid arthritis occurs though, some respected scientists believe that taking vitamin d and avoiding toxins etc. should help against it.

        That's just your early warning signal for chronic arthritis setting in, you'll have a good ten to fifteen years of that joint before chronic widespread pain starts in and eminates out to every joint and tendon your body until you are almost completely incapacitated and every movement you try to make is weak and sore and the latter half of your life has you lying in the fetal position trying to remain absolutely still because every slight movement puts you in excruciating pain.

    That from with the straight arms is awful and will definitely frick up your shoulders. Start with the weights infront of you, not by your sides. Have a slight bend in your elbows, and slightly rotate the weights towards your back as you lift them up. Thank me later
