    >is it worth quitting
Been thinking about this too. I drink too much coffee to the point it makes me jittery, maybe even nauseous. I think I’m addicted to coffee. It costs money too. I should try quitting.

it increases cortisol which in turn makes you store more fat because you are in a constant fight or flight mode, you might not feel the anxiety because you are just used to it by now and it feels normal.
it fricks your sleep(even if you fall asleep fast) by making you sleep shallow as frick, which is why alot of people feel like shit when they have to get up early and it also makes your recovery shit because of that.
it constricts bloodflow making your cardio worse and liftan seems heavier.
this is what i noticed when i quit for 3 months, back on it now since im a addict moron

and i forgot to add, it also fricks with your insulin resistance making gains slower. but i guess 1 or two cups in the MORNING is fine if you cant stay away from it

I quit it for a year after that joe rogan pod with the coffee guy dropped. I slept terribly for three weeks then great for 2 weeks then level out back to normal. I went back to it but only one cup a day now and never after noon

I will quit. I will sleep more. I will eat more. I will grow more. I will be mentally healthier. Simple as.

    my anecdata
    >drink a cuppa + use my brain's placebo superpower
    >get confident af
    >positive af
    >perfect for starting shit, iff I have a plan and few distractions
    >continue for a few days
    >frick up sleep schedule
    >start feeling anxiety increasing
    >the ups are still alright but the downs get worse
    >give up the drugs
    >feel better
then again my body's weird, drinking a cuppa in the evening gets me sleepy, eating some "pure" chocolate fricks up my sleep schedule

I have no choice but to quit. If I have even a little coffee I'll have too much. It has to end SUNDAY.

depends on how much you drink per day and how long. If lots, then you're better off just tapering.

I’m about a week in yes it’s worth. Anxiety is always way down. If I quit weed, porn/fapping, and nicotine I should be normal again anxiety wise
