Personaly I only use coffie as an enema, it is realy good to cleaning and relaxing my anal-cavity before me and Hans go down to the gay club in Berlin , there I always fill my colon with whip-cream (the ones in the can) and try and hold as much inside as humanly possible…then One of Hans´s friends Gunter has the fancy of eating it all out of my ass before he enters me forcefully while I am on all 4´s, and thats when Hans enjoys that i have no gag reflex….its fun…and after that we go to vote for unlimited immigration and higher taxes with our leftist green-party friends…Hans even has Gretha Thunbergs autograf at Home

I quit caffeine for my New Year's resolution last January.
The first month my sleep quality took a nosedive. It was awful. I could only sleep 3 hours and couldn't fall back asleep.
Then my sleep progressively got better. It's 4/20 and now I sleep 6 hours per night uninterrupted.
For context, I had been drinking caffeine since 2012 multiple times a day.

frick this gay thread. a better question:
    is nicotine good for you?
it's a nootropic, yet the meme goes that it causes cancer. is this because the israelites don't want you to be redpilled on tobacco? I've taken to smoking a corncob pipe lately.

Coffee's fine if you're parasite cleansed.

Good little parasite cleanse stack is 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp potassium bicarbonate, in water. Gulp it down. Then make wormwood tea one cup, steeped over 10 mins. Bitter hell.

Once you get past that mini hell, your head gets SUPER calm. Talking like actual schizo-resolution here. Work-friendly mental state.

Then you can have your flavored bevvies without it screwing your head up.

I have oregano oil and raw garlic, would this have similar effects?

        Anonymous

Not sure, garlic's a pretty potent antiparasitic though.

Do what you think is a good dose, then gauge your mental state. If it's calm for hours, then it worked.

        Anonymous

No don't drink decaff, they use heavy chemical to get rid of the caffeine, it's roasted barley, barley malt, chicory, rye.

Does it have the same nutty taste as coffee? This is interesting

The method involves methylene chloride, an organic compound often used to remove caffeine from coffee. Methylene chloride is a known carcinogen, according to OSHA, and exposure to the compound in its raw form can harm the eyes, skin, heart and liver

Methylene chloride, also called dichloromethane, is a volatile, colorless liquid with a chloroform-like odor. Methylene chloride is used in various industrial processes, in many different industries including paint stripping, pharmaceutical manufacturing, paint remover manufacturing, and metal cleaning and degreasing

Pretty sure you can find similar caro drink in america, it's pretty decent, you have to try it first.

So I heard, I avoid decaf but I also don’t tolerate coffee level caffeine well.

It has slightly off scent, but taste is similar little less intense, it even has that slightly sour bitter after-taste, try it when you are out and about, works for me look something with barley, barley malt, chicory, rye.

I’ve actually never seen this in stores here before, but I might find it at a European market.

No sugar, sometimes milk, depends. Saw similar on shatmart website, you can probably find it on Amazon. Although seems expensive that caro thing cost like 4/5 euros.

Ray Peat says adding sugar/honey/maple syrup and milk/cream decreases the body’s stress response to coffee and increases its metabolic properties. Any anecdotal evidence in support of this, bros?

      >Ray Peat

This gibberish is not twitter, my grandpa was alcoholic and ate nothing but smoked meat and bacon, died in his late 80s, it's all luck and genetics. Modern coffee probably uses so many pesticides to produce and match the demand, it's not the same thing Ray Peat drank his entire life.
