    I work with 3 cuties (dentist, psychologist and nutritionist) who do work out and we enjoy talking about that shit all the time, we compare meal preps and share our meals and challenge ourselves to fasts.

    i´ve made more gains in this year and a half i´ve worked with them than the 3 previous years where i had other coworkers who didn´t care about what they were eating.
