    >>you need 300g of protein to make gains
    >>no, bro splits are actually better because you get more volume
    >>no bro, you gotta go 6 days a week to see gains bro

stop confusing young men and newbs gains with a valid plan, you could pick up a heavy brick 6 days a week at 19 and make gains.

Bro split to learn the exercises and have fun, compounds to get some strength and make your cns more resilient. For the first year it doesn't fricking matter. JUST SHOW UP

And if you can make a gym bro who will take you under his wing in a YEAR of consistent lifting then just kys cuz muscles wont help.

Just lift weights, get good sleep and eat protein. Do this consistently and be patient. That’s it. Routines don’t matter.

Stop listening to the "fitness industry," bro.
How about you listen to what the big, strong, healthy athlete does for his training and do that.

But remember, a 100-year-old man isn't capable of basically anything. And 40-year-old professional athletes are called "golfers."
Age has a huge impact on your health.

No. All you need to know to build muscle has been known since the 70's. There's nothing new to learn, so every moron and his daddy has to spew garbage out of their mouths to stay relevant. And you morons suck it up like a sponge in a shit-filled portopottie.

    >compounds
compounds are great, the problem is that only the weakest link will be worked to fatigue. So you'll need to isolate what wasn't worked out to fatigue.
    >volume
depends on your body, some people are more intensity oriented, some are more volume. You'll have to figure that out through trial and error
    >300g of protein
the more protein the better, but the diminishing returns are exponential
    >bro splits are bad
it depends on how often you want to train. Full body can be done 3x a week, upper/lower 4x, bro split requires 6x. You can always add extra on top, but if you are making a bro split and going only 4x that's not gonna work, they have their minimum requirements
    >can't train that much as a natty
being a natty means you need to workout frequently for less gains. Roidtrannies can workout very sparingly in complete moronic programs like HIT and still make more muscle or train like a workhorse and get humongous gains in a very short period of time; anything works when you are on roids, that's why there are literal moronic youtube fitness advice out there saying opposite things all of them getting great gains

      >compounds are great, the problem is that only the weakest link will be worked to fatigue. So you'll need to isolate what wasn't worked out to fatigue.
You've already made hypocritical statements from your stated facts. You said it yourself; compounds work a lot, and the weakest link is worked to fatigue. You don't NEED to isolate the other parts! Apparently, you need to work the weakest part! When it stops being the weakest part, during a compound lift, another part gets worked to fatigue! Amazing, right? Balanced.

You seem to both understand, and misunderstand, what a compound lift is/does. And you're way overexaggerating how much those "other" muscles are neglected.

compounds only is a great recipe for spider arms. The smaller the muscle the faster it fatigues AND recover, so for optimal growth, they need to be targeted more often

Pick a school and stick with that school. You fail because you don’t try and break through plateaus and change your style completely. If you are truly struggling doing it yourself, get a pt. If that is too much then just don’t worry about it and keep chasing your tail and stop complaining.

All of these points are correct under the right circumstance. Ask specific questions and only listen to body posters and you'll be fine.
