    I don't like powerlifting anymore and only realized it after I spent the last 3 months slowly getting in fewer and fewer sets, making me feel like even more of a DYEL despite my numbers.

    I've spent the last 2 months dieting at 2lbs a week for 2 weeks, followed by a 1 day, 14,000 calorie binge, nullifying the weeks prior. I've "sobered up" cause I have to get surgery in may and have to drop ~40, but god damn, I fear what happens if my body dysmorphia ever goes away after I lose the weight...

    Im new (4 months in) to lifting and I keep bouncing between objectives constantly because I want to be strong, lean, aesthetic and healthy and achieve everything at the same time.

    One day I'll think about how I want to get stronger, and will do 5x5 and eat a caloric surplus.
    The next week I see how fat I am (25%bf) and think 'nah I need to cut first' and then do 4x8 and eat on a deficit.
    Then I may think 'what I really need is better cardio to be more healthy' and simply skip lifting and do stationary bike or swimming instead, and eat on maintenance.

    Im 31 y/o, 90kg and 25%bf and honestly I have no clue what to aim for.

    I fallin for the “white powder” in the last few month , I still can’t realize it’s a problem. I don’t know what the frick to do. I just go from 0 to 200 every weekend. Problem is I can’t lie to myself and I don’t want to stop to be real , but I read a flyer or what is an addiction and I’m might got some points ,I’m thinking of going to a rehab or something like that now.
