What fitness products do you consoooom IST? I just bought a vintage leather gym bag and wanna start bringing it to the gym but I’m not sure what to put in it. So far I’ve got fat grips, a towel, and an ab wheel. Any other shit you’d recommend?
I just have a bunch of attachments for the cable machine. I also have fatgripz, an ab wheel and an ab mat (the crossfit thing). The ab mat I mostly got for benching though but it actually works really well for ab exercises.
bros... will it work?
there were a lot of comments praising this on aliespress but I dunno, looks to good to be true.
What is the downside? What will be the difference between this and a proper crossover?
i just finished a weightloss contest with friends. they now owe me money. >gonna print a gym towel with this pic or something similar
but this pic is too low-res :((
guys, send me suggestions for other pics. i want a towel with huge anime milkers!!
I've only bought dumbbells and kettlebells. I home gym, and most of my stuff was gifted or free. If it counts I bought some canvas bags at lowes and filled them with sand and steel bearings to hit with my hands
dragon dildo
This. I use an orochi, but have to put a condom on it because there's something about the texture that's too much for me
>Not getting a Blaze in every size for squat plugs.
NGMI
i got a pullup bar that i never use
i got gymnastic rings and a belt for weighted calisthenics
also thinking to get some fat gripz for extra forearm work
>fat gripz for extra forearm work
These things have always looked like a cut-up dollar store pool noodle to me. I just use an axle.
Well the obvious advantage is that you can put them on all kinds of handles or bars.
Maybe so but they at least provide solid foundation for the crush/pinch grip that they train because they force your grip to be more open.
Are you me? Thats about my exact home gym set up now

Also got a dip belt, an arm blaster and a wrist roller

>Ankle/wrist weights
Squat plug
resistance band to limber up before workout
I have a few different pairs of lifting shoes (Romaleos, Savaleos, Legacy Lifters, Powerlifts)
It's not that much but definitely consumerism since any pair will easily last you well over 10 years
Kettlebells, jump rope, gymnastic rings, pull bar, construction worker gloves and my trusted Jbl Flip 3.
Today I spent £160 on a lifting belt
What do you guys think about sweat belts? Should I get one to get rid of my lil persistant belly?
you've got to be joking...please tell me you're joking
I have two barbells, a rack and some dumbells.
I bought a foam roller, recovery ball, and roller bar. I barely know what they do and have hardly touched them.
Foam roller is pretty good senpai, you can use it if you're overworked to seriously speed up recovery time

all the weight you are lifting is on the midsection not the chest in this photo. The fly motion is hinged on a carabiner with no weight attached.
here's the video they posted

how many lbs did you lose?
Does anyone else bring a mini gong to count reps? My gym is getting pissed at me but I lose track unless my gymbro gongs out my reps
