        Collagen is a specific set of amino acids. Eating more whey or muscle meat doesn't significantly increase your intake of the amino acids specific to collage. Also it skews your ratio of methionine to glycine in the wrong direction.

    Tldr: moderate caffeine interfered with some aspects of collagen synthesis and wound healing, but low and higher levels were indistinguishable from caffeine free controls (or better). The low, medium, and high doses are 3, 6, and 9mg per kg of human bodyweight. For reference, a monster can has around 160mg.

    I trust my gut, it tells me more protein from diverse sources and plenty of fat is bueno. Some veg but not lots, same with fruit. Fermented stuff is good.
