If I started cutting right now, by week 3 my adonis belt/forearms and biceps/abs and rib cage would be covered in veins and my jawline popping, cheeks flat/hollow, etc.
May as well bulk from now and into April. If you're any good at doing disciplined, intense mini-cuts, you can look good and lean within 2-6 weeks.

Bulk in a smallish surplus for 4-5 months, then cut. rinse and repeat. Unless you'd like to be super lean for july, then cut in june or mid april.
