        All xenoestrogens are weaker than mammalian estrogen but absolutely have an effect. As a matter of fact, phytoestrogens, while being weaker individually, bind to receptors much more aggressively than mammalian estrogen.           Direct contradiction to what was said, and I live with and take care of a menopausal grandmother (not that there's much taking care of to really do, I got her started on a work-out regiment and changed her diet so she runs circles around most people even a quarter her age)

    -PUFAs arent inherently an issue, anything in excess is bad for you
    -Full body workouts are superior to splits, for beginners, cause of the frequency, strenght progression, and you dont get less weekly volume per muscle group.
    -Injuries isnt really caused by bad technique, but from too much stress(too much too soon, is one of the scenarios) and movement inexperience.
    -Full fat milk is awesome for both muscle gain and weight loss

      Such a stupid thing to say. Unless you're talking about weight gain, there is literally nothing wrong with eating steaks, milk, eggs, and other obviously healthy foods in excess. On the contrary, any significant source of PUFAs will have 0 nutrition, leaving you feeling empty and hungry before causing inflammation. Same thing with processed sugar. Canola oil is bad. Soda is bad. Twinkies are bad. There is no "moderate and healthy" amount of these things.

        Not him, but factory-raised chickens and pork who are fed goyslop have PUFAs at ~22%. Coincidentally (saying that ironically), humans today also have PUFA contents of around 20%. In the 1960s, our PUFA content was around 5%, which you'll find in ruminants today. There's a study out there showing this but I don't have the link and I'm lazy.

        So I would say that excessive linoleic acid intake happens at around 10% or 15% of calories. Just a guess. I don't worry about that number too much, though, because I think drinking any amount of canola oil or eating any amount of nuts is bad, so I don't do it at all.

          That's not "exactly" because that's not a true statistic. That number is an average, or a mean, and it is not a measure of "how long people lived until," despite being called "life expectancy." You get it from adding these 4 numbers together then dividing by 4.
