I bought it years ago before learning anything about nutrition, Honest review, a few decent meals, and good ideas for "healthier" cheat meals with the desserts and stuff, your classic bs health foods using protein powder instead of flour and such in there but its basically a calorie counting book e.g. there's a recipe for a sandwich for fuck sake, actual value, maybe 10/20 bucks, not worth. although the cauliflower pizza base recipe is pretty good.
