    One of the biggest ripoffs from a Youtuber I've ever seen. $150 for a fucking PDF! And the fucking typing is chopped off the bottom of some pages! What a joke!

    Most of the shit isn't super clean food or anything. 1/3 of the book is a bunch of dessert shit. A fucking joke!

      Yeah, it also doesn't help that he has the eating habits of a fat guy, pretending he "needs" to eat 5-6 meals a day under the guise of "maximizing muscle protein synthesis", when in reality, it's just because he has a fat cunt's mentality and can't stop eating. He also seems to think that taking goyslop and adding more protein to it somehow makes it not goyslop. He's the kind of guy who will do anything in his power to find a way to eat shitty food, as long as he's convinced himself that he's somehow made it "healthy".

    I bought it years ago before learning anything about nutrition, Honest review, a few decent meals, and good ideas for "healthier" cheat meals with the desserts and stuff, your classic bs health foods using protein powder instead of flour and such in there but its basically a calorie counting book e.g. there's a recipe for a sandwich for fuck sake, actual value, maybe 10/20 bucks, not worth. although the cauliflower pizza base recipe is pretty good.
