He clearly has no business lifting that. This is how injuries happen.

      This.

If you don't behave like this, you are a degenerate scum.

Nope. People should be responsible for themselves. You could have the worst form I've ever seen, I'm just gonna laugh at you to myself and chuckle when they reach snap city. Their fault for not doing enough research.

I've seen women doing squats in the worst form. Rounded back, quarter squats, no full ROM. There were times I do but I'm not trying to get accused for harassment.

Saw this dyel homosexual yesterday who loaded up 80kgs on incline bench and proceeded to rep out 2/3rd reps with some spotter basically rowing the weight up for him and then proceeded to walk around like he is hot shit.
Also had this fattie ask me to 'spot' him while he is doing lmao 1.5pl8 quarter squats, I declined.

Someone asked me to spot them once, but I didn't know how to spot that exercise.

Don't be like me. Be prepared.

        >guy asks me for a spot
        >we end up talking for 30 minutes after
        >muscles are cold and i have to warm up again
This is why i wear headphones now and don‘t make eye contact with people

exactly. you can easily spend twice as much in the gym doing absolutely nothing. just do your workout and get out

Generally not unless they're doing something dangerous or stupid. Spinal alignment is the one I always call out, that shit is absolutely critical to keep in check.
