McDoubles are 3 dollars buy one get one for a dollar
Coke is 1 dollar.
Large fries are 3 dollars
10 piece nuggets is 5 dollars us(d to be 20 piece for 5$)
That's a fairly small amount of McDonalds for an average-sized person, I'd say? The main reason fast-food cooks so fast and "lasts" so short is that there isn't much density to it. I wouldn't WANT to eat a double helping of nuggets in that timeframe, but I could easily.
If I forced myself to eat all that I would probably get through about half the burgers, all the fries, and most of the nuggets. I'm not a big soda guy so I'm not sure how I'd handle those but I imagine I could just shut my senses off and chug
That's my daily OMAD, except I have one vanilla milkshake instead of the 4 Cokes. Though sometimes I have 12 Krispy Kremes for breakfast on 'cheat days'
A year ago? Yes, with difficulty and discomfort. Today? God fucking no, I'd be out after half of that, assuming I hadn't eaten the whole day leading up to that point.
Fixing my portion control was the best thing I ever did, and looking back I don't even know how the fuck I ate everything I did.
Without the drinks, yes. I'm a goddamn bottomless pit, I just have self control. Plus after a certain point you no longer actually enjoy the food and taste, you're just eating with muscle memory and animal instinct to consume.
I could probably do it but will hate myself afterwards.
Probably hate myself during it as well thinking about it. Wouldn't even dare to even attempt it though.
I like to get a Big Mac and medium fries occasionally as a cheat meal and I eat it very slowly to enjoy it and by the end of it I can barely finish it. I could probably do half of OPs image if I ate quickly and was breaking a fast.
I probably could if someone paid me a lot of money to do it, but I wouldn't want to. I'm an ex-fatass, and after losing almost 40 kg (120 kg to 83 kg at 190 cm), I actually find that food pretty repulsive. Idk, back when I was fat, I would shove that greasy and sugary stuff down my throat and actually like it, but after getting used to eating mostly veggies, lean meat, potatoes, brown rice, eggs and some dairy, I find it pretty disgusting. I think I've just trained my subconscious to like healthy food, for which I'm very grateful. Or maybe it's just that I subconsciously associate that food with how bad I felt back when I was a fatass.
I often do one meal a day, so yes.
Although I think Americans have a warped view what "one sitting" means, because they don't have the culture of leisurely eating lunch. I would eat this distributed over at least 1.5-2h.
I can't afford that.
>15 dollars
>for this
A bag of 40 chicken nuggets costs 5 dollars from meijer
OP pic costs at least 50 bucks
McDoubles are 3 dollars buy one get one for a dollar
Coke is 1 dollar.
Large fries are 3 dollars
10 piece nuggets is 5 dollars us(d to be 20 piece for 5$)
2 (10nug) = 10
4 (coke) = 4
2 (mcdouble) = 6
2 (dollar double) = 2
2 (large fry) = 6
28$ total.
i think those are 1/4 or double 1/4 lber not mcdoubles.
No.
They're double cheeseburgers not mcdoubles
You forgot the 150% tip
Those are double quarter pounders not mcdoubles
>double quarter pounders
Retard Americans. That makes them half pounders
Looks like you average american lunch.
typical swarthoid.
yes
>verification not required
>this is like $60 worth of food
And imagine, with $60, I can feed myself at least 20 wholesome and varied meals
>$3 a meal
>wholesome
>varied
He's right. If you buy in bulk, you can have a pretty good meal for 3 $.
Thats not how money works
Easily
easily
as a matter of fact i will get this exact combo tomorrow after work.
thanks OP
No.
I could, but it wouldn't be fun
Yes. Oh God yes.
No, nor would I want to. It'd be good for a couple bites and then I'd notice to excessive saltiness
No, I don't have an eating disorder
Probably not the sodas but I could absolutely down the food maybe even more
That feeds 6 at least.
sneeds only me

Finally, somebody posted it
Easily. Make it beer instead of cola and it would be even fun.
There is no way I could make it past second burger assuming I eat those first
Minus the goyslurp and I could no problem.
No, because I'm not four people.
Yes and I'll have a milkshake as well please and thank you.
85 lbs ago yes
>t. Also very tall
I see you, anon. Good shit.
Thanks friend
No
If I can take a cheeky dump during. Honestly the soda would be the hardest part, but if I were a little dehydrated it'd be no prob whatsoever.
I could probably eat all that food, but I would not be able to drink all that coke.
yes, but it would be very painful, for me.
Yes and few times a year i do eat that much but sushi not that burger shit
MODS
Remove the buns, and yes absolutely
I could only do like half max
No. I tried this exact meal once after fasting for a week; only managed to finish 1 burger, some fries, and some nuggs.
If I forced myself to eat all that I would probably get through about half the burgers, all the fries, and most of the nuggets. I'm not a big soda guy so I'm not sure how I'd handle those but I imagine I could just shut my senses off and chug
I could eat all the food (too much liquid), but I have no desire to and would not feel well afterwards
Very easy to eat all of that but anyone would feel terrible after from salt alone.
After a good swimming session, yes, I'd just dump the soda down the drain though.
Yes, I have an eating disorder. The soda might be an issue, though.
No
That's my daily OMAD, except I have one vanilla milkshake instead of the 4 Cokes. Though sometimes I have 12 Krispy Kremes for breakfast on 'cheat days'
That would be extremely easy, would probably still be hungry. Drinks are a nogo though, too much
Maccies expensive as shit now, my hangover cure for cheap protein is 4 triple cheese burgers.
no
nah i had the flu and starved for 7 days, my stomach shrank and now im cutting at 1300 cal with no hunger
You are a woman right?
no LUL but i am like 20% bodyfat and losing 0 strength
im only losing 2lb a week so you can already guess how sedentary my job is
A sitting? No. Evening? I have.

No. And I thought having a double cheese burgers, nuggets, fries, and a coke was bad but this is terrible.

Not before it gets cold and becomes fully inedible.
Yes, easily. I'm also 2 and a half months into my cut and I'm getting to the point where I'm fucking starving every day.
I could, yes, but the last time I ate McDonald’s (20 piece chicken tendies) I got a sever case of diverticulitis and thought I was going to die.
Strongest plant-based/low fat dieter after taking a cheat meal of McDonald's
Not without anything on the damn burgers. Put some damn onions and ketchup and shit on there. Just meat and cheese is gay material.

I could, but I don't, because it's goyslop
doubt it. i have done 20 mcnuggets before and wanted to die by the end.
Extremely easy but maybe im in over my head as I've never actually eaten a big Mac before lmao
4 burgers and a coke easily
The rest I don't know, I would probably end up puking before finishing.
>3/4 burgers are doubles
>1 isn't
This triggers my autism. Also where's the damn sauces. And where's the milkshake instead of shitty coke?
Yes, I'm capable of consuming thousands of calories in one sitting. I don't since I'm sub 15% and want to stay that way.
But if I was offered enough money I'd do it and probably succeed.
I often do one meal a day, so yes.
Although I think Americans have a warped view what "one sitting" means, because they don't have the culture of leisurely eating lunch. I would eat this distributed over at least 1.5-2h.
If I can get some sauce for the nuggers and fries
And replace the soda with water
