No thanks, I don't intend to fight and die on foreign shores for ~~*bankers*~~
so is being dropped behind enemy lines and rucking bodyweight 100 miles to your target without ever being detected, fighting a battle and getting the fuck out
carrying the same weight is easier for bigger guys. a pack is not relative to bodyweight. all of the requirements on that chart are easy for short, light, people even though the actual job isn't.
>lets filter out obese powerlifters by making a bunch of requirements that are all in bodyweight that favor manlets

Yes it has, most common people have died at 30-50yo due diseases, wars, famines, poverty and so on. You don't understand even basics like the bell curve, you can get the fuck out of here.

Hahaha, powershitters will gas out in a "fair" 1v1 before they can land any power moves, proven right here.
>mossad report
Now we trust garden gnomes? You're as bad as all the fags on IST saying Ukrainians are nazis. Last year they were all posting how based nazis were.
>Why do the rest of the world's special forces requirements seem much easier in comparison?
Because people here do not understand how SF selection works. This is the bare minimum you need to be even considered for selection - given the surplus of candidates, if this is all you can do then you'll probably be passed over for someone fitter unless you have other significant qualities
Thats a fitness test to qualify for the selection process which is the actually hard bit. It's just to make sure the participants are fit enough not to die during it. I assume the same for op.
Normally more like 45-50lbs but I would train with upwards of 100. You'll definitely sleep good after that but I never felt too bad during the actual event.
>3000m run
Back before I had an injury I managed an 18:00 5k which is roughly equivalent to the minimum requirement here, nowadays no chance >100m run in under 12.7 seconds
13 was my best in school, maybe with a bit of training I could get there but rn no chance >10x10 shuttle runs in 25 seconds
I'd get injured attempting this lol >25 pull ups in one set
My best is 12 but I've never tried extended sets where you rest for a bit and continue. Even still I doubt I'd get close to 25 >90 push ups in 2 minutes
Depending on how strict they are at assessing form I might be able to do this one >90 situps in 2 minutes
Same as the pushups >30 dips no break
Never tried dips because I'm a dyel but they look like harder pushups so maybe? Idk I'm quite light >10x bench press at body weight
My PB is 5x at bodyweight so probably not >H2H fight with someone bigger
Kek I'd get mogged as a turbo manlet. I wonder how this would work for someone 6'6, do they just keep bringing out guys who are bigger and bigger from a different barrack altogether?
Overall lol no 2/9, maybe I could get to 5 or 6/9 if I trained seriously for it.
The H2H combat qualification seems like a giant meme, it's incredibly hard to heem a bigger (presumably well trained) opponent playing defensive let alone going at them on the offense like it's some shounen anime lmfao
Yeah, I guarantee that the whole article is an absolute asspull, the standards are absolutely ridiculous
As for the h2h, I recall watching a documentary on GRU Spetsnaz selection and it did indeed take place, but it looked more like kickboxing sparring against the drill instructor where the candidate didn't have to win as much as not get his ass completely handed to him. Though to be fair, it did take place right after a long distance cross-country run
>Run
I do a longer run at that pace every day. >100m
There's...a chance. Haven't done sprints since I had 40 lbs of extra fat on me and I got like 13.5 seconds then, so probably yeah. >Shuttle Runs
No clue. I never did these so I'll say it's a coin toss. >Pull Ups
I've done 30 more than once in the last month, so yes. >Push Ups
HAHAHAHAHA no. I'd struggle to do 65-70. >Sit Ups
Easily. >Dips
Nope nope nope. 20 max on a good day. >Bench
As it happens I'm typing this in between sets. I just did this 3 times. (Inb4 "Phoneposter!" Sue me.) >Hand to Hand
They just said larger, not fight-trained. I can deck some 180-200-or-so lb normie.
>ITT: Powershitters coping and seething hard because their meme compound lifts (which are the only things in their lives that they can do well) do not transition to real-life combat ability in a war.
Yes on all except the 3000m run. Don't know what 10x10 suicides are though. And I definitely do not have a body for spec ops.
This particular fitness test is absolutely retarded though, as it puts too much emphasis on strength.
3000m in 10,5 minutes makes more sense, but they'd get the right candidates by going for 12 or 12,5 minutes too.
This seems pretty insane >3000m run, or 1.8 miles.
The turbo chads in my infantry unit would usually run sub 13, never saw any crack sub 12. >100m in 12.7.
Seems pretty fast, doesnt make sense to
have a standard that high when one can only train their sprint up to a certain point due to genetics. >90 pushups 2 minutes
Not crazy, but most people won't hit that. I'd max my pushups at like 75 when I was 23. >10 reps bodyweight bench
Very doable
This test seems all over the place, some of the stuff can be achieved with a decent amount of training, other is collegiate athlete tier. You can only achieve some much with certain genetic ability.
>IST always thinks they're strong and fit
Fuck no, I just came back from the gym where I continued to struggle pressing 40kg above my head
Do I need to take the foodpill to actually do it comfortably, let alone thinking about 50 or 1 plate?
the 10 suicides will probably be the hardest
A lot of good it's doing them. Struggling to fight NAFO trannies
Russia has always had the niche strategy of throwing humans at a problem until it's solved
>Russians
>human
>It is necessary to dehumanise your enemy so that you may kill him with ease

Yeah, that works really well against drones and HIMARS
Don't forget about all the butt sex
1.I’ll gas out easily.
2. Might be.
3. How that part works?
4. Gas out at 7-12
5. Yes
6. Yes
7. Gas out at 7-12
8. Maybe 5 reps…
9. Would lmao.
>3. How that part works?
You respawn after every suicide
Nah and I don't care to, I lift to look good, not function.
3km in 10:30 is the hardest thing there. Then the suicides. The rest are quite easy
-Rape 25 conscripts
how the fuck are you supposed to kill your self over 10m, much less more than 1 time
Its a type of touch and go line sprint.
Why do the rest of the world's special forces requirements seem much easier in comparison?
all of these special forces chudy routines are biased in favor of calisthenics manlets
Yeah it's almost like being a fatty with shit cardio is not good for being an operational athlete
more like being over 5'6 and having muscle vs being a scrawny manlet
No, you're just weak relative to your bodyweight and tire out quickly, aka you would be a burden on your squadmates.
>short limbs and light body weight dont actually make bodyweight exercises easier
have a nice day
You're just weak and unfit for combat. Continue pretending veing hardcore at an air conditioned gym, Triple F (fat fucking faglord)
Imagine being in the Ukraine army and seeing a fat powershitter camping in the enemy territory, lmao it would be the easiest target to shoot ever
so is being dropped behind enemy lines and rucking bodyweight 100 miles to your target without ever being detected, fighting a battle and getting the fuck out
carrying the same weight is easier for bigger guys. a pack is not relative to bodyweight. all of the requirements on that chart are easy for short, light, people even though the actual job isn't.
Carrying the equipment does not require one to be an obese reddit powerlifter. Stop coping and go for a jog, Mooby Dick.

I learned that the hard way. My platoon hated me because I was fucking jacked but I kept falling out of ruck marches.
Probably why Ukraine's losses in troops are nearly 10 times that of Russia according to that Mossad report
Ukraine loses one soldier for every 3 dead Russian soldiers. That's why garden gnometin had to do a partial mobilisation of at least 300k Russians.
According to a random Turkish paper with no sourced data.

10x10m suicide in under 25s. lmao. as fucking if.
all of them are literal ubermensch tier.

Because war isn't a crossfit match.
War isn't a powershitter meet either.
because otherwise wo*en could not pass it
>no weighted carries
>no rucking
I was in a SOF unit and these are the most practical tests.
Rucking is easy unless you're super light. I was a mediocre runner but never struggled with the rucks.
How heavy were they? I didnt do rs but another course in the same vein. 90lbs for multiple days beat the shit out of me.
Normally more like 45-50lbs but I would train with upwards of 100. You'll definitely sleep good after that but I never felt too bad during the actual event.
I can already do the body weight one easily

What did they mean by this?
>10 x 10 million suicides in 25 seconds

So let me ask, who the fuck cares?
>ITT: Powershitters coping and seething hard because their meme compound lifts (which are the only things in their lives that they can do well) do not transition to real-life combat ability in a war.
Or you could just bribe some official. Why would anyone even want to be part of a Bakhmut suicide squad?
>special forces is all about being FIT!
The most important skill to being in special forces is the ability to kill innocent children in every mission.
you guys realize that list is probably just fake, right
Nope you're just unfit anon, I hate to break it to you but everyone else ITT did it without any trouble

Spetsnaz are like the Navy Seal/Swat team from Russia.
10x10m suicides means running 10m and turning 180 and running another 10m for 100m total. 2.5s average for each sprint is brutal
This seems pretty insane

why do you retards post these sorts of facebook shit here?
how do you do the 10 suicides? is there an assistant?
>30 dips no break
So the spetznas is all manlets
I feel like the pullups and the bench are gonna be the hardest. I could maybe do 25 pullups if I used the worst form possible.

A man who could pass this would need to be like 5'5" and 135 lbs. Russian special forces is probably all about who you know.
