My best guess is a bunch of chunks of myrrh resin crystals that were applied applied to a wound as a means to prevent infection.

I've never once had any of these and I wonder why so many people do. It's clearly not caused by soda because I used to drink 3 sodas a day growing up (was skinny too, 140lb before I started lifting suck my dick)

Energy drinks don't cause kidney stones

Calcium and not enough water caffeine worsens it

so milk causes kidney stones, did I get that right?

          >milk
          >kidney stones
On some days, I drink 3 liters of milk in a row, and at the end my pee is always crystal clear. If anything, milk prevents kidney stones.

in a study of 50,000 nurses, foods containing calcium were protective of kidney stones, while supplementing calcium was harmful

Sodaman here again, also did GOMAD for my first true bulk and never got any either.

i've never heard the soda shit. i thought it was stuff with lots of calcium and what not.

Nah I heard for decades that it was soda that did it. It doesn't even make sense but that's what they said.

Calcium and not enough water caffeine worsens it

I love coffee too but too little water seems like the only probable cause.

Kind of counterintuitive, but calcium intake doesn't really matter. It's mostly high sodium and low water intake.

It's caused by drinking 3 sodas a day growing up, growing up and having the money to drink more than 3 sodas a day, plus a shitty diet that is 80% take out and 20% junk food snacks.

I've been eating and drinking like that since 1984. I have a fatty liver from going on a 15 year dirty bulk from 2005 to 2020 but kidneys are fine.

The bad stuff you do to your body in the early parts of your life is going to catch up with you eventually and define how much physical pain and problems you are going to have for the last 40 or so years of your life. All that shit compounds over time

I had a coworker that didn’t necessarily drink that many sodas that would get about 3 to 5 a year. He said he was up to over 30 and he didn’t start getting them until his early 20s.
He used to take a strainer into the bathroom so he could keep it (doctors wanted to look at them). Shit had to suck

Cuz they don't drink anything but a can or two of monster a day, thus frick their kidneys. Uncle had his entire kidneys full of them , told to drink a lot of water with his medication. Medication on its own didnt work and he screamed at my doctor.

energy drinks can cause kidney stones by dehydrating you, decreasing your ability to dilute your urine. Combine this with a high sodium diet which further does that.

A guy at my work constantly gets them hes had like 5 of them in the last 3 years and he drinks 3 energy drinks every shift. Fricking moron, drink water. I've noticed that alot of older genX and boomers really hate drinking water and think it's cool or something to not drink water

Everyone think about caffeine as a very benign drug, so peoples addiction to it in order to function isn't taken as seriously as it should be. As if coffee wasnt bad enough, large companies with no ethics are combining it with huge amounts of sugar and syrup to make it even more addictive to all the fatties with zero regard for the negative health effects

I used to drink a lot of diet coke.
I haven't had any since June 2022. Not a drop.

I no longer miss it but I have not noticed any changes whatsoever either.
