    I will never get LARPing as a weightlifter.
    There are so few good weightlifters it would be more believable if you pretended to be 6'5" and 250 lbs at 10% bf.
    You aren't fooling anybody, go back to watching hook grip videos and pretending front squatting every few weeks at the gym makes you cool or something.

    Shit is tiresome not gonna lie
    I have to do enormous training volume to even lightly increase speed under the bar and mobility
    Once I stopped doing heavy pulls and squats my progress in terms of weight stopped for several months
    I'll have grey beard when I'll snatch 2plates
