look at the muscles on the girls? Anavar + some type of mild cycle is needed for a woman to look that way.

It’s the intensity and hypertrophy coupled with the fact that most crossfitters you see posted are the people that survived the moronic lifts. Behind those who made it are rows of crossfitters with fricked knees, rotator cuffs, etc

typical late bloomers whos knowledge of sports starts and ends at crossfit. These homies are on steroids, several have opened up about the PED use of the sport. Crossfit HQ can get away with it because of gullible fricks like you

Since nobody has clarified: testing for PEDs is fairly ineffective in CrossFit and ESPECIALLY in bodybuilding. Testing only works if it is done many times across the entire athletes season and off season.

You could easily do several cycles or a blast during pre-season training, rack on the muscle and then stop right before the event just in time for testing. You’ll lose some muscle due to coming off the roads, but you’ll still obliterate any natties

It's a fake sport whose whole demographic is made up of hyperactive DYELs with zero real knowledge and a whole lot of pending injuries, roiders who just want to show off and pretend to be "athletes" while still just going to the gym and not really having to try that hard, and these fake as frick celebs and influencers who just do it for cameras and have built their bodies through PEDs and regular training.

    Functional fitness

  10. 2 years ago
    Anonymous

they have the most balanced physiques because the do a large variety of lift/exercise combinations, so they touch on most if not all muscle groups. even with steroids its impressive. top athletes in real sports who use PEDs dont look as good.

      Anonymous

Pro athletes use PEDs for performance, they don't want to look obviously roided out, they want to win. Crossfitters know that winning or not has zero value, no one but the indoctrinated sheep who do CF know the winners of the crossfit games. What matters is how they look for social media, brand ads etc. As crossfit is a brand first and foremost, and behind its existence is just the fitness industry trying to tap into the niche of people who need an excuse to feel better than regular lifters by doing a "real sport" and "functional fitness".

The guys on the pic, unlike the "ladies", are achievable natty imo. The images show them with a pump with enhanced lighting and shadows to add muscle definition. However, it is absolutely impossible to achieve those bodies through crossfit. Except for the frickhuge traps I don't really see anything I don't have myself as a natty, assuming these guys are average height. Below 6' having that kind of body should be the goal after a long enough time lifting.

I hate to be that guy but post physique. CrossFit is beyond moronic but the top guys are fricking shredded and to a man have amazing (if blocky) abs. The fridgemode ruins it. It they definitely look juicy

I think CrossFit is stupid but especially if you are builtfat you can definitely make physique improvements by going balls to the wall during the workouts in a group setting. The intensity is next level. Add gear to that and you can see amazing results even if the programming is stupid. Most of the guys in the gym are not working out hard enough. Lots of people in CrossFit are pushing themselves. It’s not worth it because you’ll frick up your joints and it’s ridiculously overpriced but there’s a lesson to be learned here about the importance of actually fricking working out hard

Go to a crossfit event, and not just the competitors but virtually all of the women spectators are fricking jacked too with insane shoulders. You'll never see so many startlingly muscular women in one place and they all have normal feminine faces. These are nurses, teachers, accountants, office workers, students, i.e. otherwise normie women with square 9-5 jobs who do Crossfit as a hobby and they stay in this shape all year round. I can't believe they're all running cycles.

      Anonymous

      >I can't believe they're all running cycles.
Solid argument. You're the reason fake natties thrive kek. "Lots of people seem to be doing this, therefore none of them are".

        Anonymous

So what are they using? Zero of them suffer from virilization of the face. Do they all have a perfectly 100% reliable source of Anavar and know the exact right cycle for them? I'm not talking about the pros, I know they're on PEDs, I'm talking about the dozens of ultra-jacked girls you see at any local Crossfit box.

          Anonymous

Brother the virilization only happens after long time use and at rather high dosage. What you see at those events is an extremely skewed sample of the population, and I don't know what your standards are when it comes to female shoulder size.

Ask yourself, does every male roider go bald and get acne? Does every female roider get a clitdick? One thing's for sure, no one ever got cannonball delts through burpees and kipped pullups.

CrossFit does its own in house drug testing. They want to maintain control of the positives, so they can control the athletes, so they can control the payments from the sponsors.

If they gave a shit about legitimacy they would try something like USADA, which while not perfect is a frickload better for testing than doing it in house. But then they lose all those fat sponsorships and all these roided fricks and the executives that make money off them go broke. Nobody is that stupid.

Sometimes I wonder if there would be a net gain to the well being of society if the common person used roids to a limited extent. Could relative rapid muscle growth across the population result in a positive feedback loop?

they're not the best bodies, they're just the bodies you'll get when you push yourself. It's not worth increasing risk of injury when there is safe ways to accomplish the same physique, it's just that you're mentally categorizing smart safe lifters with dumb safe or weak lifters.
