    >tfw bulletproof coffee in the morning+OMAD master race

      Anonymous

It's simple. Not easy. Not at first, anyway. The first two weeks of any sort of lifestyle change are the hardest. Probably something like 95% of people fail any diet in the first 2 weeks. If you can make it through two weeks, then it's easy.

Yes. Coffee in the morning. Meal at 2pm. Repeat.

        >Meal at 2pm
        How does this help?
I don't see how OMAD is the same as CICO?

It makes sure you go to sleep right when you're starting to get hungry (assuming low-carb, so peak appetite suppression). It's common knowledge not to eat before going to bed. It's a waste of calories. Sleeping through 8 hours of hunger is most efficient and the least suffering.

          >I don't see how OMAD is the same as CICO?
All diets are CICO. CICO is the meta. Everything else is secondary. Keto, Paleo, Nutrisystem, whatever. They all utilize CICO as the foundation.

How much you eat is 1000% more important than WHAT you eat.

Black person I have news for you, bulletproof coffee has calories in it so its not OMAD

I fricked up my OMAD and my cut.

      >3 loafs of corn bread with honey, butter
      >2 lbs of sweet potato
      >1 lb of ribeye
      >2 servings of white rice
      >all covered in heinz 57
      >ate half a tub of raisins after the ordeal and half a gallon of milk before this all
it was all in one sitting
easily 9000 calories and I didnt even lift today, its fricking over

      >t. 5'4, 290 lbs.

      >3 loafs of corn bread with honey, butter
and I thought my binge eating was bad, how the frick do you eat 3 loafs of bread and then keep eating all the food you ate? in any case no point in being stuck in the past, your only option is to keep moving forward

At least its all real food. Well, i assume so, I'm not American so I've never witnessed corn bread.

At my worst I would eat an entire mcdonalds family box (6 burgers, 20 nug, 4 fries & drinks) then finish it off with a bowl of ice cream.

corn bread is the anti hero of cutting bro. imagine savory banana bread but its meant to be served with chili and ribs. but holy FRICK is it good

I know this is bait but I'd be genuinely impressed if even Boogie could down that much food at once

my worst binge (in a 2 hour timespan) was at 205, which ironically was the lowest I weighed since I was in 5th grade. It was 34 donuts in 2 hours, my 1500calories for the day I was suppose to be dieting on. some nesquik and some peanut butter, I don't even like peanut butter. The worst binge I ever had in a "day" was 20,000+ calories. I ate like 4 bags of hostess donnettes, a cheese danish tray, some more danishes, an entire mozzerella stick bag, and an entire quart of icecream, PASSED OUT FROM THE PAIN, WOKE UP, THEN WENT TO WALMART for chicken strips, fish sticks, ice cream, and pancakes. Not counting the food I ate prior to the binge.

I also have eaten food out of the trash after throwing it away. I never had that problem until stopping dieting, I was so hungry it was intolerable. I literally watched myself eat the food, I couldn't stop. It was so degrading after spending literally 2 years losing 200 pounds.

But then I learned about what starvation does to the body, the minnesota starvation experiment, diet rebound from bodybuilders, etc. And learnred that it was literally bound to happen at my pace.

So now I just need to lose the last 25 pounds I binged back in 25 days. But I'm still in literal shock from it all, even 10 months later. But I'm not going from 450 > 205 this time, and not eating 1500. So it should all be good. also stimulants will help at the end of it all to stop the 4 weeks of rebound hell that happens.

this was 10 months ago bro, also I was taking multis. this was the accumulation of semi-starvation for 24 months, and the act of denial of "fun food" for like 4. when I say I couldn't stop, I literally couldn't. I had hyperphagia? I think it's called.

I literally ate until I was a bite from puking, threw it away, and 30 minutes later fished the trash for it again. This only happened like 3 times, but 3 times to many. It's also why, despite being scared to, I want to do 1 or 2 fasts once a week. My stomach is so ungodly stretched. I put down 18 plates at the buffet the day after I stopped, which was MEDICALLY forced, I was passing out driving on the cut. But when I was 300 and stopped, I had to go to the buffet with family, and literally couldn't stomach 2 plates. This was after doing a 1 day fast on sunday, and 16:8 M-Sat, but I think I'm "to lean" now for it. (I.E, fasting will just make me binge, not I'm actually to lean)

OMAD is for the morbidly obese who lose like 30 pounds out of the 200 they need to, and then they talk about it nonstop for years. Never seen a lean person doing OMAD.

I have too much studying to do for OMAD otherwise I would do it. If I don't say energized throughout the day I will forget stuff constantly.

I must eat like 1800 calories a day or I won't make it.
