I fell into the trap of doing weighted chin ups only
No reason to go heavier than 25lb dumbells tbh if you do curls on a Pull day split
Just do 10 sets of high reps or I go until I get bored and my arms are crazy pumped
I do them on arms and shoulders day. I bet I could curl 25s like 40 times and I'm not that strong. I guess if you wanna do 10 sets then it would be fine.

No reason to do curls when chins exist. If chins aren't a cornerstone of your routine you are probably obese.
Chinups are one of my 2 main back movements, it's good you're in the know.

I can do like 85 lbs including the bar with an ez for 2x10 on a good day I think. I do my 35lb DB for 14 then 13 and my 40s for 10.
