      I assume your left quadratus lomborum is tighter and stronger than your right. if so hold weight in your left hand and suitcase carry with proper posture. This will strengthen your right quadratus lomborum and straighten your lumbar by bringing your hip closer to your ribs. I recommend doing hip stretches and using an inversion table as well. Also stand next to a wall with the wall to your right, place your elbow at the wall 90 degrees shoulder height and press your right hip into the wall while squeezing glutes. This stretch should bend you back to straight but definitely pay attention to your body and don't overdo it.

        Lol, I wish they were some sort of battle scars. I got them at birth, many of my organs were stuck in the umbilical cord. I apparently was addicted to fentanyl as a child.
