      I had a beard for years and when I shave it off I remember why I need one. My beard doesnt have that part that connects your mustache to the chin (which I think is gross anyway) and is kinda patchy on the cheeks so I thought maybe id look better without it. Im actually 12% bodyfat now.

        To be honest... if you cut from 195 to 165 and your lifts are still that low, that could explain why you still have chin. You may have lost that weight, but you probably didn't retain that muscle as well. You can lose a bunch of weight, but still have a similar BF% if you dont increase/maintain muscle mass while cutting.
        Start benching, get your squat up to 225 (two plates), get your deadlift up to 275 (2 plates and a 25), and do some jogging/rowing machine at the end of some lifting sessions.
        Also eat protein, cut down on the carbs (40/40/20 caloric split between carbs, proteins and fats) and track what you're eating

          I have a decent amount of muscle, at 12% bf 165 lbs I have to. Its just that my face still retains water like a bitch and without a beard I have an "its over" face. Yeah my stats suck but they have only gone up over the course of my cut, I used to only be able to squat ~150. Maybe its t levels

          My routine rn is lift once a week, 1 hr calisthenics twice a week, four mile run once a week, and like once a week or two I do nonstop punching bag drills for 20 mins. How can I improve?

            you are not 12 percent. follow and upper lower split and do cardio 2-4 times a week

            Lift more than once a week. Remove "like" and "once a week or two" from your routine and get something consistent going too.

    train yourself to always press your tongue to the roof of your mouth, eventually it will become a subconscious habit. this alone will help a lot. Face yoga and lowering bf% will further help.
