            Because it’s really up to you. I’d cut maybe 5 or 10 more pounds then slow bulk of about 300 to 500 calorie surplus for 3 quarters then cut for the 4th. But that’s just because I prefer being skelly mode before I tack on mass. Why would you trust a board of larpers

    Unless you’re on gear or are planning to do a bodybuilding show, the cut/bulk cycle is a meme. Lift weights, eat real food, and (if you think it’s worth the effort) experiment with macros and meal timing to see how your weight and body composition reacts long term. It’s fucking insane that people think it’s necessary to be either gaining or losing weight at all times

    Realistically, you dont need more muscle than that if your primal goal is to be attractive. The only thing you're lacking in by normie standards is to have more pronounced abs and you're good to go.

        Depends on genetics, but you probably have somewhat smaller abs (they take a lot to grow in my experience) and far too much bodyfat. Hanging leg raises are great. Don't forget that it's a muscle like any other, so keep progressive overload. Be aware though that at your current muscle mass, a cut strong enough to have your abs appear might make you a little too small. If that doesn't bother you and you don't have crippling body dysmorphia like I and so many others here do, then go for it.
