guy who promotes a lifting routine which focuses way too much on the thighs and butt. It's not too bad if your only goal is powerlifting, but it will make u look uneven if ur on it long term.

Lift weights, eat real food, and (if you think it’s worth the effort) experiment with macros and meal timing to see how your weight and body composition reacts long term. It’s fucking insane that people think it’s necessary to be either gaining or losing weight at all times
Realistically, you dont need more muscle than that if your primal goal is to be attractive. The only thing you're lacking in by normie standards is to have more pronounced abs and you're good to go.
Depends on genetics, but you probably have somewhat smaller abs (they take a lot to grow in my experience) and far too much bodyfat. Hanging leg raises are great. Don't forget that it's a muscle like any other, so keep progressive overload. Be aware though that at your current muscle mass, a cut strong enough to have your abs appear might make you a little too small. If that doesn't bother you and you don't have crippling body dysmorphia like I and so many others here do, then go for it.
