            A different anon, but: horizontal / vertical row variations but try to do both horizontal and vertical pulls each week.

            I’m not sure whats your upper back volume is, but try go towards 20 sets a week and find a volume that you barely recover from.

                It’s not complicated if lower is bigger than upper then upper must be upped to make upper bigger than lower because body is roughly 60% lower and all your protein will go there to make things bigger if you equally train upper and lower this is why people who do bro split are 4 days upper and 1 day lower because they know.

        For some people who don't have a great mind muscle link lat pull downs can engage your biceps and forearms more than your lats. Try barbell rows or one armed rows for better results. For your chest maybe landmine press idk

    bulk bro. you should bulk for minimum 9 months at a time and then do a mini cut and keep bulking. these pics are roughly the same bodyfat but 15ish lbs in the difference
