    Kind of but it comes in waves, i slim down a bit see good progress and look smooth, then i lose a bit more fat and look lumpy and meh, then i lose a bit more look smooth, cant wait to get sub 15% BF but its going to take a while

        European cuisine has a focus on the quality of ingredients over spices as a result of its role in the spice trade and the cultural customs of the aristocracy.

        American fried chicken AKA tendies is a combination of Scottish fritters and West African spiced chicken.

        Food and music crosses social boundaries and it's kinda funny how IST's favorite food is a product of white people and black people collaborating and sharing their culture.

        The history of culture and language really fricks with your head if you are a racist or subscribe to hateful ideology.

        It's just cool stuff to learn if you are okay with who you are and the existence of other races.

            Iguana is the best. They crawled out of the hot sauce fad craze of the 2000s as undisputed champions. Their nuclear sauce is my personal favorite; It's the hottest you can go without ghost, scorpion, etc. peppers so it's from a niche time where those peppers didn't exist. It's pleasantly hot and flavorful
            The other two I just bought as sauce/hot sauce mixes. The red one's technically hotter than nuclear but it uses extract so there's less flavor to spice ratio. Good for soup though.

              Sounds real nice, I'll have to order some. I recommend some Cholula Green Pepper Sauce to add to your collection. I personally take flavor>heat, but I think anyone would love this sauce. It's poblano and jalapeño peppers. Wonderful taste, and a nice bottle as well.

      Im from spain and despite being the ones who created latinos we are esentially the meme of too spicy ,our patatas bravas / brave fried potatoes are actually mild af.
      Our thing is that here people seem to be super resistant to garlic and love it.

    Don't forget to also take a picture once a week, as well as measuring your waist (at navel) and your neck. You can use these numbers to check your bodyfat % using the navy formula.

    Make sure to hit a new "high score" with your weight each week! That's the key to succeeding.
    But yes, keep obsessively weighing yourself every morning. This helps to keep on track and make sure that the high score is achieved.

    Stop chasing a number OP. When I cut for the first time, I was trying to hit 70kg. When I reached 70kg, I still looked like shit. So I forgot about that, and just started lean bulking to 80kg before cutting to 70kg again, suddenly I looked better.
    Fast forward two years and I'm 22% bodyfat but look big now.
