            I make mashed only skinning "bad" spots. It's around 90% of the peel. I eat probably half on a baked potato. It's fine

    eggs and potatoes are ok, add whole chickens. Cook yourself, its a bit more expensive than precooked rotisserie, but it will taste better and have less goyslop ingredients. Buy from a local butcher if possible.
    Eat beef liver every once in a while too, super cheap and full of nutrients.

    Eggs + tomatoes have every nutrient in abundance. Same with milk + potato. All cheap. Use those 4 foods as the basis of your diet if you have to cut it down the bare minimum

    keep carbs under 20 per day and you only need like 12oz of food and you won't get severe hunger pains.

    I'm not even a ketogay, so don't start that shit with me. Just being realistic. 2 hamburger patties is like $1.50 right now. That's all you need each day. no hunger pains. people that think ramen is a good diet food are idiots.     You can grow green onions easily and cheaply, vinegar's also cheap and mustard bought in bulk isn't very much per serving- if you combine these with your eggs and potatoes they will become a much more satisfying salad.

    Cutting while broke was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. I literally couldn’t afford any fast food. I ate lots of canned chili and drank lots of water. Plus eggs are unobtainable right now.
