Cutting with strength progress

Are there any negative long term concequences of eating like this every day, for several months?

From left to right:
Breakfast 320kcal 50g protein
Lunch 600-800 kcal ~ 50g protein
Afternoon 2 scoops 200kcal 50g protein
Dinner 500ml protein milk 320kcal 50g protein

Is there any logical reason why this shouldnt lose me fat and build muscle? Im 21% bodyfat and weigh 100kg at 190cm.

    >eating stuff that says protein on the packaging when you can just be eating lean meat, eggs, oats, rice/potatoes, and veggies with fruit for a snack

I need to eat 7 eggs or 200g of meat each meal to get that much protein each meal

body needs fuel to function, be it carbs or fat.
By eating like that your body will break down protons to get energy. Yes, you will burn through your fat reserves but it also will burn through your muscle.
at very least add some multivitamin pills, and remember to drink a lot of water. A LOT of it, eating proteins only is very taxing on your kidneys.

Its gonna get the fuel as you said from burning excess fat, once thats gone ill eat to maintain

I'd up it to at least 2000 calories, assuming ur lifting

My TDEE is 3000 so i just might

Same boat as you, above 195cm, 105kg, 20% bf. I'm eating 200g protons per day and aim for a 700 cal deficit and I'm making strength gains in all lifts.

that's what i did over this winter OP

      you have the right idea
i've lost a lot of fat, built a lot of muscle and never been fitter
you don't need to cut or bulk or whatever, just eat enough protein for your body to churn out energy and build your muscles and it will take care of the rest, provided you work out hard and push yourself more than you did yesterday

      godspeed bro

Yeah well why the frick would you need 50g of protein per meal? Nobody needs 200g of protein per day.

I drink 12 eggs a day. I mix them with Mios and Whey. This is a cheat code since it’s hard to eat 1 dozen eggs but you can drink them prettty easily. I’m a body builder tho

        not true at all
most lean meat is 50 percent protein by weight you would need to eat 100 grams of meat each meal which is not hard at all.
i eat 400 grams of meat everyday.
        and no weird prefab shit.

It's more like 25% protein by weight. 100g of 96:4 ground beef is 24g protein, 100g of skinless chicken breast is 22.5g protein. Cooking it drives off some water but not that much.
