    >start cooking, counting macros etc, meal prepping
    >start writing a gym journal to keep track of progress
    >start writing a google doc personal journal for organizing thoughts, write down feellings (keep me busy)
    >start reading and get into personal develolpment - even tho much is a meme, there are way more that isnt and also look in mirror and see the neglected piece of shit you are with a porn addicted brain
    >suddenly way more energy and i am accomplishing like 5x more shit in 1 day than i normallyl would
    >feel better generally, realize i am llonelly as frick and need to make improvements therfe

    i am only day 22 fren but i came a llong long looong fricking way since 22 days and no sight of stopping.

    realize, that 80% of men wank everyday and cant go longer than a few days without relapsing.
