Day 16 of drinking soy milk

>Knees feel really weak, it's the thing I'm noticing the most
>When I walk up stairs, it feels really heavy to move my legs
>I can't hold stuff on my hands for long time
>Either my arms get exhausted or my hands can't hold closed
>I cannot do much reps as before
>I have no problems when running, still can do the usual
>However I can feel my heart rate being higher and my body temp increasing sooner as well
>I believe my sex drive is decreasing
>I only feel fine when I'm in bed, and even then, sometimes I still feel tired or a few times with arrhythmia
I'm quiting this drink now, going back to the usual sheep milk

Also forgot to tell I lost 5Kg weight. But I think most of it is from muscular mass.

        >5kg muscle mass
        >in 16 days
How? Did you quit eating food as well?

You wont even lose 5kg muscle when fasting for 16 days, unless you were shredded to begin with.

Anon, let's say that what OP is saying actually happened. He started drinking onions and then all of that happened. Considering that losing 5kg of muscle mass while exercising wouldn't happen even if he were to literally inject estrogens, I'd be more likely to say "anon, go to a doctor because you might have some type of blood cancer" than anything else.

I tasted onions milk only one time in a Korean quarantine hotel. It tasted like water from canned corn.

It's probably just the left-over estrogen from cow milk taking its tolls.
