        Just count your calories (and reduce them gradually) It will make your life a lot less miserable, you will lose weight, and you won't frick up your body by depriving it from one of the most important nutrients it needs.

          i don't really care about my weight, i just can't stand living with low t and read this diet can raise it. Doc wont prescribe shit even tho im at 290ng/dl test. Im already regularly exercising, taking vitamin d, omega 3-6-9. All that's left is my diet, if this does not work, its over.

            removing carbs entirely wont raise your T, its actually the opposite. working out, sunshine exposure, high protein animal based diet foods (meat, eggs), good sleep quality, avoiding processed food and sneed oils, and in your case losing some weight will help to raise your T
