Great job brother. Keep up the good work. Some advice though: if your calories are going that low then combining eggs + tomatoes or dairy + potatoes have all the nutrients needed by humans to survive and thrive. You can also include really nutritient dense foods that are low on calories like cabbage, spinach, kiwis, etc. Making those foods/combinations the core of your diet will help keep you healthy. It's not healthy to eat so little and no one in their right mind would recommend going that low but focusing on those foods could help
Thank you, brother. I've been shooting for 1500-2000 calories a day but I'm also trying to limit the hours I eat to help me get to bed on time. I'm just finding my footing! Thank you for the advice.
consider posting your butthole?
I will most likely not post butthole, balls, dick, buttcheeks, face, or feet on this board but I respect the persistence.
Not a problem. Also, I almost forgot

So if I lose 100 lbs. I get to look like this stallion? I'm even more motivated now.
You betcha big boy! and i can even almost look hott with the right clothes and camera angles.
Ayy! To tell you the truth, I haven't weighed 280 lbs. since I was like 16. It'd be nice to get back down there and look semi-normal.
if you have that type of discipline you will be way better looking than me in a month. I'm just hoping I can get it together this week and stay disciplined. the steel reserves wasn't even a meme. im dead serious.
I believe in you, man. My mother was a horrible alcoholic and after years of relapses and rehab, she's finally one year sober. Even if alcoholism is not the issue and it's more of a dopamine thing, I 100% believe you can turn things around and feel better soon. :))
thank you man, you are a real bro. I'm going to keep trying to get sober. I will try to keep you updated on here. I'm sure you will keep posting updates so I can catch you there.
Frick yeah, dude. I'll see you then.
youre big enough that you already mog everyone here tbh
I just wanna be normal, man. I wanna have one conversation with my doctor where he's not like "ooh, there's a big boy!" I wanna do a handstand, frick a woman under 200 lbs. The true mogging is gonna come way later. Thanks for the compliment, though.
>16 25 oz steel reserves 8% alcohol

Why does your torso look so surprised?
Keep it up man, remember that even if you slip up you've only fricked one meal up. Your progress is not gone so don't use it as an excuse to binge for the rest of the day/week
Bro just run. It's all I've done the last 4 months. Every day. Just get up and do it.
Running, at first sucked ass. I hurt all over for the first week. I just kept pushing myself past my limit. I run until I'm numb. Then one day... I got this burst and my brain shut off. My feet just hit the pavement with this rhythm and I couldn't stop if I wanted to. I made 2 miles that day. Everyday since I push until that moment and I'm up to 4 a day. Now the moment happens immediately and my body aches when I don't run. I used to sweat like a hog, now I don't at all. I got this whole new outlook on life.
Just. Run.
My back stopped hurting. My blood sugar went from 322 down to 125ish, 110, 90, etc. It's incredibly simple. There's no secret. Cut the soda and chips and run.
