do you go gym as well as your curls or are you literally only doing curls in the morning? How many sets/reps?

I go to the gym twice or thrice a week and target everything but biceps.
I do either 10x10 or 5x20, depending on if I do hammer curls or not.

10x10 is way too much. How fricking long is your gym session if you're doing 10x10 on all muscles except biceps? Doing biceps every day is potentially too much too.

You should get a trip so I can find you more easily anon. I don't come here every day but I want to follow your progress.

          >10x10
it should be illegal to hog equipment for more than 5 sets

He obviously mean the curls he does upon waking he does for these sets and reps. I assume his actual routine is more sensible.

GET IT BRO! I love this content. So you are doing dumbbell curls in the morning not barbell? Do you have fat grips? Should start doing them with fatgrips to get extra grip and forearm gains coming in.

Also like I said before mix in sort of shoulder roll shrugging dumbbell rolls after each set of 10 until burnout for extra gains all around and better overall back shoulder and arm health. just isolating the bicep every morning isn't all that interesting or even a good idea tbh. But you aren't using enough weight to make the curls a real compound movement just muscle isolation.

Also do you do them like left arm then right arm or you do both arms at once? Or you do 10 one arm then 10 the next? Might be good ways to switch things up.

Also if you have a incline bench doing the curls on that with the weigthed stretch sometimes could be another way to vary up the exercise. if you don't have an incline bench I am sure you can figure out some way to DIY the same position. you could also find somewhere to DIY a preacher curl station.

coward afraid to train a muscle everyday frick is wrong with you?

I know calisthenicsbros who do hundreds of pullups pushups and dips DAILY. DAILY with no problem. You have narrow blinders from modern fitness psy ops that want to keep you weak and not reaching your potential. ever heard of greasing the groove? he is doing high volume 100 reps this isn't intensity. this is building OP work capacity. a human being can absolutely train a muscle group everyday and make both muscle gains and performance progress.

also maybe OP just enjoys it. contribute something instead of being a negative gatekeeper to fitness.

Anything past 35 reps does quite literally nothing except for tire you out. Training every day is dumb and you're dumb for not being able to see that it's stupid

              >Anything past 35 reps does quite literally nothing except for tire you out. Training every day is dumb and you're dumb for not being able to see that it's stupid
are you saying 35 reps in total for an exercise or for single sets? ever heard of power sets and drop sets? you clearly lack experience and knowledge.

it amazes me how ignorant can one be on a subject having access to the internet. im not a negative gatekeeper to fitness, i truly want op's arms to get bigger you fricking dyel

there are many ways to achieve training stimulus not just weights. high volume work can be more effective than weights. think of prison workouts and such. you are just peddling "science" from the fitness industry which being an industry has to put out new information constantly so people continue buying new books new programs etc reinventing the wheel.

Athletes train everyday. You should as a natural lifter be training as close to an athlete as possible. Asthetics comes from the athletic training not from isolation bodybuilding as a natural. If you are on roids you can train specifically for aesthetics but if natural you train for other things and aesthetics is a byproduct.

I am bringing this up because look at calisthenics training people. they achieve aesthetics and even better health than an average gym bro weightlifter because they inevitably have to do high volume like 50+ pushups 20+ pullups etc. they get jacked and their bodies and hearts are healthier from the cardio aspect of the high rep high volume workouts.

If you can't hit failure within 35 reps the exercise does basically frick all

it exercises you. it exercises your heart. your willpower. your muscles. builds work capacity. everything. "frick all"

lets say you are out cutting logs for firewood. after 35 swings the exercise is doing "frick all"? are you saying you are going to be spent and huffing and puffing at that point because youv never worked beyond 35 reps? you don't have that level of muscular endurance? and you wouldn't be able to go and cut firewood again for 30 minutes to an hour the next day and then the next day and then the next?

god too much text. im about to hit the gym im not wasting my energy reading your stupidity. if youre pinning yeah, what OP is doing does work, but if youre natural it does not.

look up rich piana 8 hour arm workout. roided to the guts mass monster who did 1 months worth of arm workload in 8 hours from time to time. also dropped dead at his 50s, maybe younger i dont know. rest in protein

                Anonymous

actually the opposite. if you are pinning then you don't train each muscle daily you train a single muscle and then another the next day. if you are on roids you demolish your legs for example and then can't train them for days that is the most effective approach for body building on roids. as a natural there is absolutely an effective training route of going high volume low weight low intensity.

I know a calisthenicsbro who daily does 20 pullups and then goes right into 50 pushups and then right into 20 dips and then literally repeats this with no rest. and he does this daily. and I gaurantee his physique would mog you and certainly his performance would. I gaurantee you couldn't perform that. I am not saying you should if your training stimulus is working for you and you are healthy then more power to you. just don't have such narrow blinders about is possible for a human being.
