I get this too op, and worse in the low weight high rep range.
Wear a belt whenever you OHP and manage the pain; all you really can do.
Sadly, there is some truth in this. Should I give up on OHP? It's my favorite lift but I'm only 25 and don't want my lower back to be completly fucked up by the age of 40.
You can do it while sitting, especially with dumbbells.
