How could he have died at such a young age? Nobody ever gave a clear answer as to what exactly caused it either. Was it a drug overdose or what?

Constant tren + no fat + dehydrated in sauna = rip

      >On 5 August 2011, Shavershian suffered a heart attack in a sauna, while on vacation in Pattaya.[27] He was taken to a hospital, where doctors were unable to revive him.[3][10][18] His family and friends placed news of his death on Facebook. His death was confirmed on 9 August 2011 by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).[6] An autopsy revealed a previously undiagnosed congenital heart defect and cardiomegaly which triggered cardiac arrest.[6][28] His family stated he had shown several minor symptoms in the few months leading up to August 2011, including high blood pressure and occasional shortness of breath. He had a family history of heart problems.[6]

      it was that easy moron

He passed out on a couch at a massage parlor in thailand and died.

The toxicology report was kept private by his family and his brother (chestbrah) never said what was found. The fact that a big deal was made about keeping it private likely means there were drugs in his system.

He was a smoker, steroid user, recreational drug user (cocaine/mdma etc.), cutting agent user (Clenbuterol, boosts your metabolism by upping your temperature), alcohol user, and he actually didn't eat that healthily and relied on the drugs more than anything. He made posts on bodybuilding.com about having trouble breathing and sweating with his cutting agents, but "Loved pushing his body to the limit". To top all of this off, he had a congenital heart defect he was not aware of.

We will never know exactly 100% what went down, but it's a safe bet his body just gave out under the stress of everything he was doing. He was a victim of his own insecurities, obsessed with his image and partying lifestyle to the point that it caught up with him.

Had he actually lived the healthy lifestyle he preached, he could have caught this heart condition, stayed away from drugs, and likely would have lived a full life. Unfortunately that "mediocrity" was unacceptable to him.

what these people always miss out is that he worked multiple jobs and was rising in fame and always had to put up his persona whivh resulted in lots of stress. And stress is the number one reason for heart failures

      >skinny weirdo gets bullied
      >hops on roids
      >looking good aka weird is now ballsy and brave
      >has to keep persona alive about being a gym douch while actually being soft and depressed
      >takes more and more roids to live up to his fans expectations
      >drowns in money and fame but cant be himself

his life and death are a real tragedy, obviously the roids did their part but its probably mostly stress and year round abuse of fatburners

that's not what kills you. its being fat, lazy, poor diet (besides caffeine), and lack of exercise. totally preventable but people are increasingly lazy. I hate the average person

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is usually passed down through families (inherited). People with one parent with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy have a 50% chance of having the genetic mutation for the disease.

everyone calls him stupid/irresponsible but people forget how fricking young 22 is. I was moronic at that age (still am, at 28, but slightly less). his drug use didn't go well with his steroid use (you can't pick both, or you die). I used to view his story as "inspirational" back in 2012 too, but really it's just tragic. it's sad how his friends/close ones didn't help him deal with the growing fame and fast life style, or maybe they did but he ignored them and just did frickloads of drugs. I wouldn't be surprised if he was surrounded by people who didn't TRULY care about him or his mental/physical well-being (he had chestbrah, but when you're so young and famous, it gets to you). also the fact that he was the FIRST influencer before the instagram bubble blew up, made it even more difficult for him. I don't think he had an easy life, I think he was actually under a lot of stress and pressure, also lots of fake friends or people trying to jump on the bandwagon and leech off his fame. the older I get the more empathy I find within myself, and if I imagine myself in zyzz's shoes for example, I'd probably still have the same anxiety about the future, my direction and goals in life, my relationships, etc. except I'd also have to worry about fame and everything that comes with it.

lmao what fame? literally no one had ever heard of zyzz when he was alive, his popular skyrocketed after his death

only extremely small niche group followed him when he was alive. U could compare it to someone like tinytrip, hardly a celebrity with any kinds of fame lol

Hey, what's up moron? You could have done 5 seconds of googling and gotten the result, which is actually definitive and unequivocal. You literally made up a conclusion that his death was unexplained (for some reason), and wasted space on this board by posting it.

It was a congenital heart defect you stupid loser
