just use the fricking trap bar
    use proper form
if your grip can't handle it, its too heavy. work on grip training.

If you’re too moronic to do one of the most important lifts without injuring yourself you were never meant to make it

unrelated but i’ve been deadlifting once a week for a year and have hovered around 100kg for most the time. whenever i push up to 110 or 120 my grip starts to fail and my back rounds, so i go back down. i just want to get stronger, what do

      >my grip starts to fail
hmm, i wonder what you should work on...

i would say eventually you're probably gonna have to sacrifice a little form to move up in weight, but you've got at least a good 100+ lbs to go before you hit that point

shouldn’t deadlift itself train my grip enough? i do plenty dead hangs and other lifts that should improve my grip too. i don’t know what causes me to be so weak, apart from only being able to stomach 2 meals a day

[barely] holding on to a bar for 5-15 reps once a week is not a grip strength workout.

switch to mixed grip for your highest weight set of deadlift and add an actual grip exercise

            this
using double overhead only because u want good grip is moronic on both fronts
you wont get good grip strength just from deadlifting. you also wont get a good deadlift just from double overhand. do mixed grip/straps and directly train your grip or you will forever suck at grip AND at deadlifting.

            >yeah dude, so basically humans are really fragile and your spine is made out of gla-

honestly it looks fricked up and and it is fricked up but this form isnt really all that dangerous compared to most wormbros because hes at least keep the lumbar spine straight which is the part at most risk

Just never do deadlifts and squats. Pointless excercises.
