      Nope. Was mostly eating veggies cheese and meat (zucchini, onions, shrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, romaine lettuce, tomatoes). I drink a ton of water because I have to. I pooped about 2-3 times a day, with hardly any resistance. And I would OMAD and do a 2-3 day fast. I don’t eat unhealthy, was never my problem, if I was ever overweight in my adult life it was just from eating too much of the good stuff.

          This was simply about the phenomenon that despite not eating for several days, I still had something solid to poop out. I’ve never fasted for more than 3 days and regularly poop 2-3 times a day, eat healthy with reasonable amount of fiber and water. I was very surprised to see I could keep shutting 4-5 days later. It’s still mostly liquid, but there were a couple of poopoo pebbles in there so it made me wonder how much shit everyone else who is unhealthy or never fasts walks around with, must be weeks worth. And it may explain a lot of our health issues. Stop being gays and discuss the implications of people walking around with weeks of shit in their colon.
