    That’s the biggest one I’ve been avoiding so far. I’m doing 1800 calories a day. I rode my bike to go get gatorades, and got a little Debbie cosmic brownie. Personal favorite
    Got home, realized that b***h is 510 calories and I only had 200 left for the day, meanwhile my brain is going

    Never binge. Ever. You don't need to eat squeaky clean bro food all the time, but never buy more than a normal amount of food and never stuff yourself to feel full.

    If you want pizza, then eat a slice of pizza. It's 400-500 calories. If you want a burger, then eat a burger. Skip the fries and shake. It's a nice 600 calorie meal that will get you through the next few hours. If you want a cookie, eat a cookie. It's only 300 calories. Don't eat four. Just eat one. It won't make you fat. Stop eating when you aren't dying to eat more.

    Everything is fine in moderation. But don't ever overeat or binge. Plan on living the rest of your life without ever eating an excessive amount of food in one sitting or day. This is how you develop a healthy relationship with food and not get fat.

      Also, only cheat at most once a day. It's fine if your diet is 80% clean and 20% junk. Just pace yourself with the junk and don't eat it when you are starving hungry. Eat clean food to quell the hunger and junk as a tasty treat.

      I think binge eaters have a deeply ingrained scarcity mindset aside from their obvious self destructive tendencies. Im speaking of myself here too.. Im not sure why but when I do binge I definitely have some inexplicable underlying sense that I have to eat like its all going away when in reality food has never been more available. We damn near throw away more food than we consume these days

    At like 2 lbs of trail mix which totalled about 4000-5000 calories. Gonna have walk 10 miles and fast tomorrow to get back to maintence.

      Don't binge, but also don't purge. That is bulimia. Purging doesn't have to be vomiting. If you binge and then do something to compensate, you are going through a viscous cycle that will frick your brain and body. Just get back on the diet and don't do it again. If you felt like you didn't have control when you binged, then that means you were probably dieting too hard and need to loosen up. Dieting is not a race and you don't have to lose 2+ lbs a week to get results. Just be a normal healthy human being about it and exercise patience and persistence to reach your goal.
