          ^^^^ This. Proccessed foods trained you to expect completely insane flavors from your food. They could just as easily make excellent food taste like that but it's not in their financial interest to.

          The entire food industry is bent on making the least expensive and easiest to produce slop *taste good*. It's awful for you because it's the lowest quality they can get away with serving people while still making good sales. Their one saving grace is that their shitty food doesn't require much preparation in a world where people are always checking the fricking clock for their next Wageslave Appointment or trying to squeeze the most 'I don't feel like killing myself" chemicals out of their downtime activities.

          On the other hand, people who've been eating shit food for years look at healthy food and complain that it doesn't taste good, while ignoring the fact that they know NOTHING about making healthy food taste good! Fricking learn how to prepare it and acknowledge that healthy food actually takes time to prepare.
          Eating healthy is the fricking bar, it's what you should be doing regardless of how it tastes, it's completely up to you to make it taste good. Do you understand?

            I can definitely say i've had my fair share of time being a huge fat frick and now fit but i will always choose cooking over eating slob every day, it gets to a point where you feel that shit in your body, every time you move you just wanna sit cause of how bubbly your stomach feels from all the fake shit mixed with chemicals in the food you eat.

    I eat whatever I want. Yes I make sure to hit my macros for the day and get 200+ of brotein, but there's nothing cardio can't fix in relation to surplus calories. If I want a banana split with all the toppings, I hop on my rowing machine or resistance bike for half an hour. EZPZ.

    Or if you want to actually get into it, find a list of common spices in various cultures (e.g. pic related from The Four Hour Chef, I can post the rest if people want) and use those. Then you can mix and match as desired once you've gotten a feel for what goes well together.

    Your food tasting bad is nobody's fault but your own. Get your shit together, it's not that hard.
