    I used to do OHP religiously, but recently I've come to see it as a meme lift. I used to 250 for a single until I dropped it because of a shoulder injury. Now I do only chest presses + side and rear delt work and my shoulders look as good as they ever did. Possibly better. Also, I've finally PR'd on the bench again for the first time since 2017, so it's not even a good accessory movement for the bench press imo. As far as I'm concerned, bench press variations and weighed dips are more than enough to build the front delts.

    My OHP got better while i was losing weight, i wasn't cutting, it may have been just a crazy fluctuation, basically 3 kg flushed that have never been found again
