deep tissue massage = sickness

I went for a deep tissue massage. Masseuse was really good found lots of tension in thighs and groin area that has been there for years no doubt
She worked it all out and I felt better but since then I have been run down and tired. Feel sick and even my mood has been low since the massage
I went back to the gym and found it harder to run and harder to do squats. Was tired very quickly
Is this normal or a coincidence and simply getting sick

      What could this be?

did you ahve corona or get the vaccine?
could be that spike protein is hiding in lymph nodes

All vaccines and corona about 5 months ago.
          I'm testing negative.
So can viruses be hanging out in your nodes and that's why I could be sick.

No. Viruses do not hang out in your lymph nodes or in your lymph. If a virus enters the lymph, it would only make fighting it easier than the alternative of requiring chemotaxis

did you ahve corona or get the vaccine?
could be that spike protein is hiding in lymph nodes

Sometimes statements have no backing and are so incorrect, its hard to know where to start.
The immune system "recognizes" antigens by having B cells making specific antibodies. These 'antibodies' are a match, just like tRNA is a match for specific amino acids, and allows binding to specific antigens.
In the case of vaccines, the spike protein is the antigen causing the immune response. If the spike protein was "hiding" in the lymph, that would be pretty great, as the lymph fluid contains all the necessary leukocytes to get rid of it.
I don't think any antigens "hide" very well, but you can do a good job scaring someone by saying that.

Unfortunately I am vaxxed, got the J&J 6 months ago because I needed to travel for work. No boosters. Had a headache the day of and a small fever, then fine ever since. I had Covid-19 like 2 weeks before the vaccine but they wouldn't accept a positive test result - I'm hoping that if I live in a world where the vaccine is poison for you, that my immune system was already prepared and due to natural immunity and eliminated the threat.

I know i feel sick during/right after a very painful massage.

Vaccines only create antibodies for spike proteins, natural immunity gives you antibodies for multiple antigens. I wanna catch it already to inmunemaxx as I am unvaxxed but the virus is afraid. Maybe I already got it and didnt get sick, I did have the sniffles a while back but I dont wanna have a serum test.

What's more likely is that although antibiotic vaccines are designed to model proteins, they can provide natural immunodeficiency to a number of antigens. I have yet to solve the problem. But I was scared of the virus, so I decided to change the vaccine. It’s not that he’s dead, my nose is red, but I don’t want to hurt anyone.

You should go get a happy ending after working out. I would love to, but I'm in a relationship now. There's nothing like getting a good massage then getting jacked off.

You should provide more information if you want someone to help make a diagnosis. How long have you been feeling sick for and what do you mean by sick? Also, what motivated you to get a massage for the first time in years?

How long ago was this massage?

It is possible the the massage managed to release some toxins from your muscles. This homosexual

did you ahve corona or get the vaccine?
could be that spike protein is hiding in lymph nodes

doesn't know what he's talking about, but you could have any toxin, possibly including the spike protein but don't stress over it, stored in the muscle and released into the bloodstream.

But, most likely the symptoms of being sick would have occurred the morning after, and mental fatigue would have occurred at the same time or after.

Are you dealing with other stressors in your life? But either way, even if you somehow got sick from releasing toxins that were stored in your muscle, it will go away as long as you stay hydrated.

This is relatively common. Especially if you don’t usually get massages and if you’ve been working out a lot. Make sure you’re drinking enough water and take it easy on any alcoholic or dark beverages for a day or two

So why does it matter that its dark? For example, what makes cola worse than sprite?

Phosphoric acid is literally poison and sprite has citric acid which is much better

    >Masseuse was really good found lots of tension in thighs and groin area that has been there for years no doubt
imagine being so delusional you think that tension stays in your muscles for literal years, and that it can be removed just by pressing into it hard with your hands. Massages are a temporary relief for stress or soreness, they do not have any actual longterm effect. This reeks of "I need my chiropractor to realign my spine". It's just something that feels good. If you're happy paying hundreds of dollars to feel good, that's fine, but don't kid yourself that there's any actual benefit beyond it feeling good. You're better off just taking a couple ibuprofen tbh

We literally store trauma and tension in our bodies. Our brain isn't just in our head.
Athletes get massages for a reason, it isn't just a replacement for exercise and stretching.

        >Athletes get massages for a reason
yes, because it feels good. there's no evidence that it actually helps performance. look at strongmen like eddie hall. he spends tons of effort on a hundred different "recovery" tools that aren't supported by evidence to do anything. just because people do something doesn't mean it does something.

Do you know what lactic acid is and shit? There are literally chemicals released in the bloodstream from the muscles after a massage. This isn’t even remote debatable.

        >Do you know what lactic acid is and shit?
yes, it's the stuff that gives you doms. Doms go away in a week even if you do absolutely nothing, they go away much quicker if you continue to use those muscles. It doesn't stick around for years, and there's no reason you need a masseuse to get it out, just go and do the same lifts that made you sore

    OP here
Yes I had tension I ignored for a long time and yes I feel completely different a week afterwards. Can feel where its still tense and where it loosened up.
To the homosexual who says it doesn't do anything you've no idea how free I am now compared to before.
Thanks to those who identified it can be possible I was putting it up to psychosomatic but my body is floored
And yes also other stressors in life but no different than usual
So falling into bed and passing out isn't normal so glad to hear it is the massage possibly
