As a humble tater eater I've tried many different methods but the best is the easiest
      >heat oven to 400f
      >throw in potato
      >wait 30 mins
      >take it out and poke it
      >bake another 20 mins

Should come out absolutely perfect. israelites want to fool you into thinking you should poke them early to prevent an explosion but that's propaganda. They want your potato to come out dry and sad so you eat McDonalds instead.

If you use my method the flesh should be tender and fall right off the skin, where you can mash it or eat it as you please. Caremelized goodness

How do you guys measure these out? MFP has shit like grams and ((medium potato)) whatever the frick that means. What do you do if you have a potato that is larger than the specific serving size is the calorie content low enough you don't need to worry about it or? Sorry for the autism want to eat them more but don't wanna frick myself over.

      >weigh your sweet potato
      >you now know how many grams it has

I get that, but say you weigh it, you know it's over for example 100g, do you bake it whole then cut out what's over 100 or since it's such a small cal amount you just roll with it?

Sweet potatoes and potatoes are an excellent source of energy and nutrition, as well as being a key ingredient in many traditional dishes

Still have a ton of leftover mashed potatoes from Christmas, very delicious and can incorporate into a healthy diet, for us humble potato eaters

They’re actually medium calorie. I use these for bulking because they taste pretty good.
