Deltoid acne

anyone know what causes deltoid acne and how to prevent it? I shower everyday, change my bedsheets when they get dirty, the only sugar-y food in my diet is peanut butter and i wear different clothes everyday (but i typically wear my gym shirt two days in a row because i don’t get very sweaty unless i’m doing cardio)

    not one to judge sugar consumption but are you sure you haven't tried "natural" peanut butter? it just has peanuts and no molasses etc.

    are they a few zits here are there or a bunch of tiny ones there 100% of the time? that would be a different thing (KP) which is a bitch

      I’ve tried natural peanut butter before and I don’t think it made any difference. It’s just a few spots of acne on my right delt. Not a cluster of several. My left delt is spotless for whatever reason

      To add: the cure is to stop using shower gel, shampoo, or anything similar (use soap only under your arms, groin, hands, and feet). Don't use aftershave, any deodorant but a roll on etc. Go topless when you can, especially around the house. Buy vitamin A and eat 100,000 iu daily until your kidneys hurt then stop for a few months. Once gone eat liver every few days, drink fermented liver oil and homemade yoghurt, and use a derma roller for the scarring.

    You are eating garbage or have done really stressful situation going on in your life (I get acne when I max out on squats or deadlifts)
    But yeah start eating red meat + dairy + eggs + fruit + sugar + honey + coffee and it will go away. PUFAs, starches and fibers mess your stomach up

      is that the one that makes your skin dry? I used it and was the only thing that worked, wished I used it earlier since I ended up with some scars

    Stop eating ramen noodles
    If you're not eating them stop eating pork
    If it's not pork it's milk
