I bench 305 and can actually run 5 miles without suffering a heart attack
It’s funny how you think 225 is impressive though despite being nearly your body weight maybe more!
powerlifters are universally despised and laughed at while lean chads are praised

im not a power lifter though? are you ok? clear you have some insecurities anon you should probably work those out
>what do you mean I like shit and my priorities are all messed up you must be insecure!
I’m more so educating you on common fitness knowledge you may not be a power lifter but you’re still dumb quite clearly
pff thats nothing. I can bench 610lbs and run 10 miles until my first heart attack.
Yeah I can’t bench 305 lol that’s my max ever but I probably couldn’t do it simultaneously in shape to run a good paced 5 miler
However if you cut right your lifts won’t suffer too heavily
anon you won't lose much strength. Even if you do... you can build it back up by gaining muscle.
Remember it's a long game, and the healthier you are(not super fat) the longer you can lift.
Remember that the fat is just padding your numbers. Also, bodyweight lifts go up. So your pull-ups, ring push ups, etc will get better.
Oh, and cardio gets better so you need less rest to do lifts.
It sucks to be a natty "man" doesn't it?
I am a natural man, so was my father and his forefathers as well
I don't use steroids because I wish to become a grandfather one die and not die from abusing my natural hormone system
I still make gains while cutting, OP does not understand what cutting means
From my perspective, it would suck to cheat at my strength training and become unnatural and chemically modified
I don't use steroids because I wish to become a grandfather one day* and not die from abusing my natural hormone system
I got these long term goals that require me to not die from hormone abuse, long term goals require long term thinking and planning
>I still make gains while cutting
This only happens when you're still a novice to early intermediate
>muh STRENGTH
Power lifters are gays
>muh muscles
There are dudes who have 100 pounds on who lift twice as much
And everyone laughs at your 185 bench behind your back. Sad!

Limp wristed beta detected.
just train more
Just do it, fatass.
Being healthy isn't all about strength.
If you're ripped but can't run a sub-8 mile or do twenty pull ups, you're weak
>OR do twenty pull ups
just made it brahs
The running isn't the worst to suck at, but being able to lift heavy and lift yourself too seems like a low bar.

Get in the squat rack shinji
Your muscles will look better when you grow them back after the cut anyways
Get to work son
>Desperately need to cut
>Only just getting started
I want to make strength gains
>I want to make strength gains
You wanna max out your STR stat? Here's how.
>Get fat
>Do pyramid sets
Boom, done.
Injuring yourself is when you cut
