Bros I have a story to tell about whey, I thought I had washed my shaker and I hadn't taken whey for more than a week because I was eating plenty of protein.
But last day something was smelling real bad in my room and I couldn't find what, until I saw the fucking shaker, when I opened it there was literally hundreds of flies inside and the worst foul smell I've ever smelled in my life, I tried washing the shaker three times but eventually just gave up and bought another one.
Don't ever forget to wash your shaker immediately after use, bros.

Fuck man, same shit. For some reason whey protein always gives me diarrhea. I 100% know it's the whey cause the day I stop taking whey is the day I stop getting the shits. I think I tried 4 different brands and different blends (whey&isolate) all with the same result. I know some anons would be like

Cause it is a shitty concentrate and not isolate. It also causes acne. After switching to isolate, all problems went away.

In my protein shakes, I always make sure to include some almond flour. I cannot say what exactly it is, but it keeps my shits very firm unless a strong cup of coffee is involved. If there's no coffee, then I barely have to wipe. Almond just keeps those shits clean no matter how much whey I consume.
Good tip anon, I throw in unflavored fiber but with mixed results
This shit ruined gave me chronic stomach inflammation and acne all over my arms. It also made me bloated as fuck. No way there isn’t creatine in there.
I literally had hair loss and thinning from this shit. I am lactose intolerant so maybe it was a bad reaction? Although it’s likely there’s some creatine in it too. I did notice some gains, fuller muscles on it.
This only happened to me when I started with ""flavored"" goyslop powders, go with unflavored isolate then add pure cocoa powder and feel the difference.
