I literally did over 9000 repeats and my shoulders are fine apart from becoming hairy after I became 30 or so

      >apart from becoming hairy
is this caused by the pullups?

        Anonymous

Of course not, it's caused by aging. When I was a teenager I didn't even have hairy chest.

      >running excluded cuz that will wreck your knees

      >“It’s very common for people to say, ‘How do you run? Doesn’t that ruin your knees?’” says Steven Mayer, MD, a physician in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Northwestern Medicine Orthopaedics. “There have been several recent studies that have debunked that myth. In fact, they have shown the opposite — that running tends to be protective of knee arthritis.”

You just made me realize that ever since I started to do pull ups every day, I haven't had any problems with my shoulders. My right shoulder sometimes used to click when doing push ups, but now it's totally fine.
