My cousin's son is three and he is just diagnosed with severe autism. Don be a gay, lift more and, if you are white, find a white young woman and have kids.

I take thyroxine daily, and feel great. Much better than before diagnosis. It's not an issue whatsoever, in fact I can adjust the dose if I expect increase or decrease in physical activity and perform better than naturally.

My gf had hers fully removed (cancer) and other than simply taking thyroxine daily theres nothing else to do, its not a big deal.

After my last blood test my doctor told me to immediately start taking Thyroid support supplements to try and nip something in the bud. Guess I may be fucked as well.

What does Peat think is the cause of hypothyroidism

Not sure what Peat thinks, but imo it's due to iodine deficiencies.

Apparently the ray peat salad is also meant to be good for thyroid.
