There is a devil on my shoulder telling me to mock you and tell you to become a troony but there is an angel on my other shoulder telling me to tell you that you look fine can still make it by living a healthy lifestyle and doing your best. There are plenty of guys who look like absolute shit compared to you and they don't have Klinefelter's. Check again with your doctor about TRT because everything I'm finding online basically says TRT is fine no matter what unless you're on blood thinners
