      Cardio, squats and lots of calories. Probiotics and fermented foods. I do a 48hr fast once a month and my libido goes to zero and it takes like a week of Cardio, compound lifts and caloric surplus to get it back. My theory is that it erection quality is a combo of gut biome and blood flow, so a fast interrupts the biome and requires a few days to build it back. Cardio just helps get nutrients to the area and maintain a hard on in the moment.

      Also just as an aside consider your mental health and your level of satisfaction with the quality of your life. Sounds like it's not your problem rn but I've had times in the past where I felt poem a depressed loser and my dick was operating at like 70% until I felt a sense of progress again.

        Just go to the gym and do it. Treadmill (or elliptical or exercise bike or rower) are very useful tools for holding a pace for a prolonged period of time. Plenty of people take their cardio indoors onto the machines once the weather turns cold.

        You should be doing 45min -1hour sessions, 3-4 times a week, if you have a heart rate monitor learn about zones and stay in your zone 2.

            now i just run on a treadmill if i feel like it after a workout but when i was cutting built up from nothing to walking 4 miles and running 3 miles every day and noticed 0 difference in flacid peen size. it hasnt gotten smaller since i stopped either

              You (both) need a regular cardio habit of 45 minutes to an 1 hour of continued effort held at the same pace. Done 3-4 times a week.
